Sheet-metal skin panels are formed, cut, and riveted using certified aerostructure techniques. Internal structures—bulkheads, stringers, and longerons—are assembled with aerospace-grade fasteners, replicating the load-bearing framework of the original aircraft. Concurrently, functional systems such as landing gear retraction, control surfaces, and throttle assemblies are engineered for real-time operation, enabling demonstrative functionality in educational and museum environments. Once mechanical integration is validated through comprehensive bench testing and non-destructive inspections, the airframe enters our climate-controlled painting hangar. Expert finishers apply multi-stage primer, basecoat, and custom livery layers using electrostatic spray methods, resulting in a showroom-quality appearance that honors each model’s heritage.
